Virginia’s Education Improvement Scholarship Tax Credit helped more than 2,400 children get a better education last year. In states with a higher tax credit, even more children are helped, and their stories are amazing examples of perseverance and communities coming together. One such story belongs to Denisha Merriweather, in Jacksonville, Florida. Virginia has its own stories, too … and we’ll be telling you those stories in the months to come.
