The Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform is hobbling Virginia’s regional banks and, in turn, hurting economic growth in the Commonwealth. In fact, Virginia has missed out on nearly $18 billion in annual GDP growth due to the improperly calibrated regulations on regional banks under Dodd-Frank. It’s time to change it.
